Pane , pizza e focaccia eccezionali!!! Hanno molte varietà di pane (integrale, di semi, 5 cereali etc.) ! Buonissimi anche i legumi cotti (ceci, fagioli).

La schiacciata. I Pani, dalla bozza ai lievitati naturalmente e da qualche tempo pani scuri e multi cereali di livello tedesco. I fagioli. Le varie torte e, non capirò mai perchè solo e soltanto nei periodi comandati, frittelle, cenci e panini di Sant'Antonio, Croissants delicatissimi. Siamo a Prato, Toscana, Italia e la competizione nel pane non è poca cosa. Ma riuscite a farvi notare. Grazie di tutto

È il forno delle festicciole in ufficio . Non vi è compleanno anniversario o altre feste senza la schiacciata coi ciccioli e i calzoncini del Santini!!!eccellenti anche le focaccine tonde al wurstel o alle olive. Una delle cose chi mi manchera' quando andro' in pensione saranno proprio i momenti conviviali in compagnia delle tante bontà di questo forno!

Per me il migliore fornaio di Prato! Ottimo sia il pane che la schiacciata! Ma che dire dei dolci? Squisiti! Trovi anche ceci e fagioli cotti da loro, la minestra di pane, le verdure già tagliate e lavate per il minestrone...che si vuole di più?

Direi che oltre a trovare pane di diverse farine e cotture, c'è una buona scelta di pizzette e schiacciate, come pure di dolci e biscotti artigianali. All'interno del negozio , esiste anche un banco frigo dove si possono acquistare latticini, yogurt ecc.
